Product returns/Exchange must take place within three business days (3 days) of the original purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. Products without a receipt will not be returned/Replaced. Items must be in saleable condition (complete and no damage whatsoever) Any broken or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

We will not accept a return on open softwares,ink cartridges, toners and other consumables. Please check the version, platform and name of the product before you open any of these items. Defective upon purchase or DOA products will be handled according to the Manufacturer’s Return Policy. We will assist you when dealing with the manufacturer in the following instances: repair under warranty and merchandise returns under manufacturers warranty. Customer will pay the shipping charges if needed for shipping the items back.
